All baking commissions require written confirmation of specifications, delivery dates, and pricing. Changes to confirmed orders may incur additional charges and delivery delays.
Deposits are required for all custom commissions. Final payment is due upon completion before delivery. Workshop fees are payable in advance of attendance.
Delivery and setup services are available within our service area. Client is responsible for providing appropriate venue access and setup conditions as specified.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of scheduled delivery may result in partial or full charge retention. Workshop cancellations require 7 days notice for refund eligibility.

Complex cake designs have inherent structural limitations. We provide guidance for transport and display, but cannot guarantee structural integrity under all conditions.
